About Cosmetic Ink Removal
Cosmetic Ink Removal is an educational guide to removing eyebrow tattoos, microblading, permanent eyeliner and lip blush, published for Neoderma Advanced Skin Care in Anaheim, California. Every clinical fact on it is restated from Neoderma's own published pages, listed below, and every treatment it describes is performed by Neoderma's licensed medical providers.
Who publishes Cosmetic Ink Removal?
Cosmetic Ink Removal is published by Neoderma Inc., the legal name of Neoderma Advanced Skin Care, the Anaheim clinic founded in 2001. It is that clinic's own guide, not an independent review site: Neoderma is the only provider it describes, and every Book and Call button on it leads there.
The name describes the guide's subject. It is not a title or a credential claimed for anyone who works at Neoderma.
Where does the information on this site come from?
From Neoderma itself, and nowhere else. Every clinical fact and time frame here comes from one of the 11 Neoderma pages below, restated in our own words; nothing here is meant to go further than its source, and if a line does, please tell us. Prices are the ones Neoderma charges now, confirmed with the practice; where a Neoderma page still shows an older figure, this site uses the current one.
Only pages Neoderma has published count. Drafts, unpublished posts, emails and offers that have ended are left out.

Who is Dr. Sal Nadkarni?
Dr. Sal Nadkarni, DO, is Neoderma's founder and medical director. He came to aesthetic medicine through Allergan, the maker of Botox, where he was Global Medical Director for Botox clinical trials.
Neoderma's treatment pages and articles name him as their medical reviewer, among them the eyebrow and eyeliner removal page, the eyeliner guide and the lip blush guide this site draws on most. When a page here credits its facts to those pages, the medical review it mentions is theirs; this guide's own wording is not presented as signed off by him.
Who performs treatment?
A licensed medical provider at Neoderma's clinic in Anaheim, with physician oversight from Dr. Nadkarni. The practice has performed laser tattoo removal since 2001, and Cynthia, one of its registered nurses, has done that work there from the start.
With cosmetic ink, that matters more than usual: the margin for error near the eyes is small, and the wrong settings can drive some pigments darker. So the eye is shielded before any laser pass near the lash line, fresh tattoos wait 90 days, the pigment type is assessed before treatment, and the lasers are serviced and calibrated on a regular manufacturer schedule. Our page on risks and how they are managed goes through it.
Patients come from across Orange County and Los Angeles. Cosmetic tattoo removal in Orange County has the address, the hours and what happens at a first visit.
What this site won't tell you
A guide written for a clinic deserves to be read with that in mind, so here are the lines this one holds to. If you find a page that crosses one, tell us.
- No promised results. Session counts are Neoderma's typical ranges, not promises. A single-session result is described as something that has happened, never as something anyone can count on.
- The consultation as Neoderma prices it. The consultation is $50, credited toward treatment if you proceed within two weeks of the consultation. It is never described as free.
- Current prices only. Prices appear as Neoderma charges them now, per session, never from an offer that has ended. Your own total comes as a transparent estimate before any treatment.
- Your health questions, answered in person. Anything that turns on your own medical history belongs with a provider who has reviewed it, not with a website. Here are the questions we answer in person.
- No verdicts on other methods. Neoderma removes cosmetic tattoos with the PicoWay laser, and for brows and eyeliner it offers no other method. This site says so and passes no verdict on saline, creams or other lasers.
- Every result names its treatment. Photos carry the treatment Neoderma names for them, along with “individual results vary”. Every before-and-after photo is one of Neoderma's own published patient photos, captioned the way Neoderma captions it.
- The more careful wording. Where two Neoderma pages put the same point differently, this site uses the more cautious version.
- Reviews word for word. A patient's review is quoted exactly as written, shortened only with “…”, with no star ratings added.
How do I report an error?
Email info@neodermacenter.com with the page and the sentence you mean. A price that doesn't match Neoderma's, a broken link, or a line that claims more than its source are all worth reporting.
